Finished the week nicely with another winner - that is 3 winners from 4 selections over the past couple of days.
2:45 Doncaster - Bridgfield - advised as a 2pt each way selection yesterday morning at 6/1 from Paddypower - Won nicely building on a promising debut run at Newmarket. Another +15 pts in the bank.

Well after a few quiet days and placed selections we hit the bookies hard today with 2 selections and 2 Winners giving us a total profit of +23 pts on the day.
3:35 Brighton - Maywood - holding a Derby entry for next year and following a promising debut at Wolverhampton reports from the yard were very positive on his performance on the gallops and they felt he had improved considerably on his debut run. I put him up at 2 pts each way and despite a considerable drift on the markets pre-race he came home a nice winner. Giving us +16 pts profit.
8:10pm Kempton - Spensley - a course and distance winner last time out with a great ride from Fallon, he was up against the well fancied Modun this evening and up 6llbs for his win. Fallon back in the saddle and positive reports back from the yard, who expected him to follow up with a 2nd win this evening. I advised him at 3/1 as a 2pt each way bet. He grabbbed Modun on the line to win. Another +7pts profit.

Well after a couple of quiet days with 2nd & 3rds for my back bets October got off with a bang today:
3:40 Nottingham - Specific Gravity - WON at 5/1 - advised as a maximum 3pts each way bet this morning - despite drifting in the market he did exactly what I expected - after some nice information from the yard. +19 pts profit.
4:50 Ludlow - Akula - advised at 5/2 this morning as a 2 pt each way bet - WON from the front after a nice debut run over hurdles at Market Rasen in a Class 2 - this Class 4 was always there for the taking. + 6 pts profit

What a nice end to the week with a couple of winners. I put up Earl Of Leitrim at Nottingham today in the 2:20. He went off at 5/1 and came home with a flourish to win, Brian Meehan's horses are renound for needing a run and he certainly came on from his Ffos Lass debut.
It was a shame that my 2nd tip - Kaua 'l Girl at newcastle fell away to finish 3rd - although the ground was not on her side and the rain made matters worse.
Still we are finishing September the way we started with a run of winners. Another 8 pts profit in total today on the back bets alone.
The Racing Post reports today that Champions Day at Ascot is due to be held on 15th October 2011 and the prize money on offer is likely to be in excess of £3m. The argument that moving the Group 1 Champion Stakes from Newmarket to Ascot will devalue the race continues to rage unabaited. For further information please visit http://racingprofits.net .
Here is a quick video I recorded at the weekend when we were up at Doncaster for the St Leger 2010. If you are interested in betting on horse racing then i am sure you enjoy being close up to the action.
The Irish St Leger takes place at the Curragh this Saturday, 11th September. Unlike the other four Irish Racing Classics this race is open to older horses and since 1990 only one horse aged 3 has won the race, that was the great Vinnie Roe, who went on to win the race 3 more times. Well another full subscription for September 2010 on the email selections - all 30 places taken again - that is the 6th month in a row.
And what a start with 4 winners from 6 back selections:
Wednesday 1st - Rock My World - ran at Lingfield - advised as a 2pts each way bet at 7/2 in the morning. Won nicely to make a +9pt profit.
Thursday 2nd - Sylvestris - ran at Salisbury - advised at 2 pts each way at 3/1 - played up in the paddock and came in 3rd - losing us 0.5 pt.
Thursday 2nd - Time To Work - ran at Epsom - won nicely beating the strongly fancied odds on favourite Tiger Webb - advised as a 2pt each way bet at 11/4 so a nice + 7pts profit.
Thursday 2nd - Pobs Trophy - ran at Redcar and despite a promising word from the yard and a strong run toward the end of the race he came in unplaced losing us -2 pts.
Friday 3rd - Safari Team - ran at Lingfield - won nicely making every post a winning post - advised as a 2 pt each way bet at a nice 5/1 in the morning making us +12 pts profit.
Friday 3rd - Tick Tock Lover - ran in the evening at Kempton and won nicely making the most of his great draw in the 8 stall and step up in trip to the 1m - advised as a 4 pt win bet in the morning at 9/4 made +9 pts profit.
So the first 3 days has given us a nice +35 pts profit to start the month - with more cracking bets to come.
